1. Who we are
PermitPulse is a product of Velzyx AI Inc (“Velzyx,” “we,” “us”). We provide daily email alerts based on publicly available bid and permit records for HVAC and roofing contractors. Contact: info@velzyx.ai.
2. Information we collect
- Account & billing: Name, email, company (if provided), metro/trade preferences, and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: Emails you send us (e.g. metro confirmation, support requests).
- Usage: Basic site and email delivery logs (e.g. pages visited, bounce/open events where available) used to operate and improve the service.
- Public records content: We collect and process publicly available permit/bid information from government and similar public sources to generate your alerts. That content is not “your” personal data, but may include names/addresses that appear in public filings.
3. How we use information
- Provide, confirm, and deliver your subscription and daily alerts
- Confirm metro coverage and trade filters
- Process payments and prevent fraud (via Stripe)
- Respond to support and privacy requests
- Improve reliability, coverage, and product quality
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your contact details to sell third-party lead lists.
4. Sharing
We share information only as needed with:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Email / hosting providers — to send alerts and run the website
- Professional advisors or authorities — when required by law or to protect rights and safety
Service providers are instructed to use data only to perform services for us.
5. Retention
We keep account, billing, and alert-delivery records for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, dispute, and operational records (typically up to several years unless a shorter period is required or you successfully request deletion where applicable).
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a small SaaS product (access controls, HTTPS, vendor security). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your choices
- Update metro/trade/email preferences by emailing info@velzyx.ai
- Cancel your subscription anytime (access ends at period end)
- Request access, correction, or deletion of personal account data where applicable by emailing info@velzyx.ai
Public records we surface in alerts remain public; we cannot “remove” them from government sources.
8. Children
PermitPulse is a B2B service for contractors. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
